Thursday, January 5th

Today has been a busy day in our classroom. We have had the students working on a lot of different tasks. We've been working on a part of speech a day, and today is adjective day.  We spent a lot of time talking about what they are and talked about several examples.  Students were then given the opportunity to write about a place they love, using adjectives to describe that place.

We are still watching the movie, which is getting interesting, and the students seem to love it. We had them write a summary and reflection over it. We are going to spend time working with them on revising and then we will get to see what they have written.



This afternoon we are going to give time for silent reading and play some fun adjective games.
