We said our goodbyes to Jitka at a fantastic restaurant that she recommended. Good food and good prices! It doesn't get much better than that. After dinner, we made our way back to the hotel.
Our 2nd day in Prague began at 10am with another walking tour. This time it was the Prague Castle. The tour lasted about 4 hours, and we saw/learned so much! It was bitterly cold outside so we tried to take in more of the interior sites at the castle. The cathedral was amazing! My pictures certainly don't do it justice.

(Neal and one of his Criminal Justice students, Allen, in the castle prison. I believe that is some kind of instrument of torture behind them.)
After the castle, we went to the Charles Bridge. What a view!
The rest of the evening was spent eating dinner and wandering around the city. Tomorrow, we will be leaving Prague and heading to Salzburg. We're meeting in the hotel lobby at 5:30am so, once again, it's going to be an early night for me. However, before I sign off....I've been told that there may be a few parents of our group following this blog. I just want to tell you that your kids are doing great! We've been spending a LOT of time together, sometimes in very close quarters, and everyone still seems to be enjoying each others company. They show up in the lobby every morning eager to take on the day, and they're up for any experience that is offered. We couldn't have asked for a better group to travel with.
