Thanks to everyone who read my recent blog from Kenya & Rwanda. I just got back from that trip last week, but I've already started my next adventure. This time, my partner Clint and I are spending five weeks traveling all through Europe. Part of the trip includes a one-week "Psychology Cruise." That means that I will be taking classes on the boat every morning, then we get the afternoons & evenings to spend in a different port each day. The cruise includes Italy, Greece, and Turkey.
Because we were going to be all the way over in Europe, Clint and I decided to stay longer and see the rest of the continent. We've already been to the UK (last Fall for a conference in Belfast). We're planning to visit Scandinavia in a few years during a BVU January-term with students. So for this trip, we're renting a car and driving around Central/Western Europe.
Our first week will be exclusively in Italy. We arrive in Venice tomorrow morning early, and I'm super excited. So far, I've been lucky enough to have visited 18 foreign countries. But after this trip, I'll almost be able to double that!
